Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will gather requirements, analyze processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and support project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements
Conduct process analysis and identify improvement opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Product, and Operations
Support testing, implementation, and change management activities
Create clear documentation including BRDs, user stories, and process flows

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Excel
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus
