This position requires 8 years of experience with SailPoint. Configure the SailPoint IdentityIQ product
via basic configuration and writing of code in support of IAM business requirements and needs.
Configuration includes (but is not limited to): JML, workflows, triggers, application connection and
configuration, identity/role/entitlement modeling, custom reports, provisioning. Partner with business
and technology stakeholders to design & document solutions that meet business needs while
ensuring solutions are scalable (e.g. high performance, high availability) and easy to maintain.
Participate in requirements gathering. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify impacts on people,
processes, and technology involved. Conduct impact assessments, and communicate impacts and
develop mitigation strategies. Develop additional code and/or supporting modules to integrate external
systems or processes into IdentityIQ processes. Ensures that a balance of non-IdentityIQ code. Java
supporting modules) and IdentityIQ configuration is achieved. Participate and contribute to testing
activities. Develop automated testing scripts where appropriate to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
of product testing against requirements, and achieves an effective balance of unit/integration/end-to-
end testing using automated/manual tests. Provide support of the production environment for issues
escalated from IAM or other business units. Triages and manages all assigned issues to resolution,
and communicates expectations accurately and appropriately
