Job title: Coordinator, Talent Acquisition & Development (Onsite 4 to 5 days)
Job Summary:
As the Coordinator, Talent Acquisition & Development, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment and development efforts of the organization. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition and Development team to source, screen, and onboard top talent, as well as support ongoing training and development initiatives.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist with the sourcing and screening of candidates for open positions
- Coordinate interviews and assessments for potential candidates
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires
- Support the planning and execution of training and development programs
- Maintain accurate records of candidate and employee information
- Assist with special projects related to talent acquisition and development as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR or talent acquisition
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of HRIS systems a plus
